National Youth Day was observed by Montfortian Bhopal to commemorate the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda on 12th of Jan by participating in the Massive “Surya Namaskar” in the school as well as at Lal Parade Ground.

The School also conducted a Yoga demonstration and display in the morning assembly by the students of class –VII. The Physical Education instructors in their games period guided the students and performed Yoga meditation and Surya Namaskar. Students were also told the importance and benefit of yoga and Surya Namaskar.
