SERVICE MAN –SERVE GOD

“For God and the country” the very motto of St.Montfort School, Bhopal is self explanatory that Monfortian and taught to serve God and their  country and we  inculcate  humanity and patriotism among  our  students. As a part of the community service programme, the students of our school have gone beyond their bounds to offer a helping hand and a generous heart to the needy. Each students of the various classes contributed different stationeries item like pens, pencils, rubbers, copies, erasers, toiletries like washing soap, bathing soap, toothbrush, toothpaste and grains like rice, pulses and  wheat flour.

VISIT TO ORPHANAGE -14TH DEC 2017
On 14th  Dec  2017 almost 54 students from Classes Nursery to XI  visited the Mother Teresa Orphanage situated near Chunnabhatti. Students were heart touched to see 30 physically challenged inmates of the orphanage who interacted with them and these activities filled them with spiritual, social and emotional realization towards the needy.

VISIT TO OLD AGE HOME -18 Dec 2017
Another set of 54 students from classes Nursery to 11th went to an old age home situated at Kharbai Raisen Road. Students felt connected with the aged people who transferred their wisdom and knowledge to children through an interactive session.
They felt the need and importance of parents and grandparents who are an indispensible part of any individual’s lives and life is incomplete without them. The kids sung religious and old songs for them who reciprocated the love & reverence.
There were about 29 members living happily in their own made world who were taken good care there. With brimming eyes on seeing our kids performance. They bid them good bye. It was indeed a heart touching moment for all the students.
