St. Montfort School Primary building celebrated Thanks Giving Day on 22/12/17. Thankfulness and Gratitude are those important virtues of the life process without which, it is impossible to build up good relations and show love and concern to each other. To explain this aspect of life to the kids, teachers performed a wonderful skit, through which they gave a very touching message, which said, we should be thankful for whatever we have, and should always be helpful to those who don’t have it and also try to fill the vacuum in their lives by helping them.
The school Principal Rev. Brother Alex, very well explained to the children about the importance of this day and gave an enlightening message to them.
Thereafter, tiny little toddles of Nursery and Kindergarten enjoyed their Christmas party to the fullest. Teachers told them, the reason why we celebrate Christmas. The most exciting part of the celebration began when their favorite Santa came amongst them with lots of toys, gifts, chocolates and love for the kids. They danced and sang and welcomed Santa to their school.
The day was full of joys and excitement for the little ones. The day finally ended with the distribution of gifts to the children by the Santa.
