ST. Montfort School Patel Nagar Primary had an assembly on the topic of the birthday ofGandhiji and Shastriji on 6/10/17.The choir group from class II has conducted it and gave a beautiful message through their assembly that 2nd October is not just a holiday, it is a day on which two great personalities, Freedom fighters of India were born. We should remember them and their devotion towards our Nation. They even presented a skit showing that all the religions are same and we all are one and we should always walk on the path of Non-violence as our father of Nation-MahatmaGandhi taught us. At the end of the assembly “All Faith Prayer”(loZËkeZÁkFkZuk)wasconducted by the teachers and students who belonged to different religion in which ,the most important prayer of each religion was recited by the students along with few devotional hymns sung by the teachers. The teacher and students spend this time in prayer, with joined arms and eyes closed. The breeze of peace blew gently in to their mind and enhanced their being.
