The Archdiocese of Bhopal organised a Christmas procession from TT Nagar Dusshera Ground to St. Joseph Co-Ed School, Arera Colony on Sunday 16th December, 2018. Along with the Christian churches and institutions of Bhopal St. Montfort School was also part of the wonderful initiative.
The students dressed as Mother Mary, St. Joseph, three kings, Fairies and the all beloved Santa took their place on a beautifully decorated mini truck. The students enthusiastically danced to the tunes of musical carols. The rally began with a short prayer. Arch Bishop Dr. Leo Cornelio blessed the participants and flagged off the procession.
A large number of people witnessed and received the good news of love, peace and prosperity through the rally. Various beautifully decorated tableaus were part of the procession. The procession started at 3.30 pm and successfully culminated at St. Joseph Co-Ed School, Arera Colony at around 7pm.The rally could be a success only due to the efforts, guidance and encouragement of our school Principal Rev. Brother Monachan K.K, Coordinators: Sr. Anlit, Sr. Nikita and the teaching and non-teaching staff. Overall it was a triumph of group efforts and togetherness. Hope the message of love and peace keeps reverberating in the hearts of each individual all throughout the coming year. Praise the Lord.
