St. Montfort School, Primary wing celebrated Independence Day with unprecedented patriotic fervor on 14th Aug 2018. The gamut of celebration consisted of special assembly by class- II E students and a Patriotic Dance. It was heartening to see youngsters put forth a concentrated effort with as much energy and sang so many different Patriotic songs presenting India. They even told about the invention of ‘O’ made by an Indian Mathematician “Aryabhat”. After the assembly students of class I & II performed a patriotic dance. They danced with full energy and love for India. This colourful presentation received much deserved applause from the audience present. At the end, our Head Mistress Sr. Kripa, told the students about our great freedom fighters and congratulated everyone for the wonderful programme.
