On 15 and 16 March 2017 an inspirational seminar for the teachers of St.Montfort School was held in the auditorium of St.Montfort Senior Secondary School by Prerna Arman ,an educationist cum trainer for corporate and staff of reputed institution. The resource person enlightened and motivated the teachers with her valuable knowledge and experience. She encouraged the teachers to implement different activities related to the topic and take up challenges for the better future of the students. Along with the cognitive development she stressed on the multiple intelligence quotient for the students as well as the teachers. The two day seminar was activity based fun filled teaching learning experience. She also advised to incorporate the digital teaching as visual teaching creates more impact on the children rather than verbal teaching. The seminar commenced with the welcoming of the resources person by the Principal Rev.Bro.Alex which was sponsored by Orient Black Swan Publication. The fruitful seminar Concluded with the vote of thanks proposed by Ms. Roseline Ekka.
