You are requested to deposit an amount of Rs. 500/- at the school office while submitting the downloaded Registration Form towards Admission processing fee. The form, along with the following documents and credentials, must be submitted on or before 30th November 2025, before 2:00 PM. After the submission of the form, the school will allot a date for the child’s observation.

Documents to be submitted:
  1. Copy of Online/Offline Receipt & Form.
  2. Three latest passport size photos of the candidate.
  3. Copy of Birth Certificate issued from MUNICIPAL CORPORATION / GRAM PANCHAYAT.
  4. Copy of KG Class Report Card (if any).
  5. Copy of Caste Certificate of parents for ST, SC & OBC students.
  6. Copy of updated Aadhaar Card and SSSMID No. (Mandatory).
  7. Copy of updated parents' Aadhaar Card.
  8. Copy of Address Proof (Electricity bill / Rent Agreement).

Note: Failing to present the abovementioned documents will subject to the cancellation of registration.

Kindly remember:
  1. The age of the student should be:
    • 3 – 4 years for Nursery,
    • 4 – 5 years for KG-I,
    • 5 – 6 years for KG-II (as on 31st July 2026),
    • 6 years for Class I (as on 30th September 2026).
  2. Submission of registration form is not assurance / security of admission.
  3. The selection of the students will be purely on the basis of observation for Nursery & KG-I, and test for KG-II & Class I.
  4. Admissions will be allowed on a First-Come-First-Serve basis.
  5. CHANGES / CORRECTIONS in the entries will NOT be accepted under any circumstances after filling / submitting ONLINE / OFFLINE REGISTRATION FORM.
  6. Brother of St. Gabriel society reserve the right to judge the eligibility of students, as per the information furnished in the online/offline registration form.
  7. The registration ceases at any stage of admission if dissatisfied by the management without assigning any reason.
  8. All the desired original documents should be presented at the time of admissions for verification. Furnishing fake information will lead to cancellation of registration / selection of the candidate.
  9. Failing to present the above-mentioned documents will subject to the cancellation of registration.
  10. Registration forms without proper and complete documents will not be accepted.
  11. Admission Fee and School Fee once paid will not be refunded if admission is cancelled or withdrawn.
